A physician who chose to dedicate her practice to one of the most transformative chapters in a woman’s life.
After completing residency in Chicago, my husband and I settled in High Point, North Carolina, where I have practiced OB/GYN for more than 25 years. Along the way I have delivered many babies and have been a part of the greatest joys and deepest sorrows of so many lives.
I specialized in minimally invasive surgery as well as pelvic reconstructive surgery. I became a leader at our hospital and in our medical group and helped guide many physicians and advanced practice providers.
From the beginning, one constant has given me great joy and meaning: helping women navigate the choppy waters of menopause and perimenopause.
That calling is what led me here — to a practice dedicated entirely to this chapter of a woman’s life. Because after 25 years of watching women be dismissed, undertreated, or simply not heard during this transition, I know that this work matters deeply. And I bring everything I’ve learned to every single appointment.
Initial appointments are always 60 minutes. Because your story matters.

She treats the full picture — hormones, sleep, mood, cardiovascular health, and more.
The science of menopause is evolving. Dr. Elisabeth stays at the forefront of it.
Today, Dr. Elisabeth sees patients exclusively via telehealth — a choice she made deliberately. “I wanted to remove every barrier,” she explains. “No waiting rooms, no travel, no feeling rushed. You can be in your own home, in your own comfort, and still receive the level of care you deserve.”
When she’s not in appointments or reading the latest research, Dr. Elisabeth enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family. She lives by the belief that the best care is given by physicians who are themselves committed to their own wellbeing — and who approach their patients as full, complex human beings.
